NQ Guideline For Tuesday

The stock market was engineered to rally for the government funding agreement. Buy programs was triggered soon after the open and continued all day into the close.

With the Fed certain to want to project a positive spin on the funding agreement, buy programs should continue a while longer.

Whether or not Tuesday will be another large rally day would depends on whether or not they are going to trigger another large buy programs, without which, we could expect a sideways consolidation type of day on Tuesday.

The extreme sport of rock climbing has grown

and become more popular as people become obsessed with climbing ever more difficult routes. The main types of rock climbing are bouldering, alpine, sport and trad (traditional).

In bouldering, a climber climbs a rock with a friend (spotter) and directs them to a crash mat in case they fall, as no rope is normally used. The equipment needed is minimal, usually just climbing shoes, a bag of chalk, and a protective mat. When rock climbing, a climber would use much more equipment for safety purposes, such as ropes, nuts, cam devices, along with climbing shoes, a helmet, and a bag of chalk to scale rock formations.

Alpine or ice climbing is probably

the most extreme form of climbing. Climbers use specialized equipment, including ice axes and crampons, to scale ice formations or hard snow. Ice screws would be used in situations where ice obstructions would prevent a normal ice screw from turning.

Trad climbing, or traditional rock climbing,

is a style of rock climbing that focuses on leaving nature as it was found. Climbers use equipment that is not durable for their protection. The team is placed at the end of a climb and is removed once a route is completed. Equipment used for trad climbing includes a rope, climbing shoes, belay device, carabiners, quickdraws, slings, harness, helmet, chalk bag, plugs, hex keys, socket wrench, and cam. Traditional rock climbing requires a series of knots for climbers to tie. A figure eight knot is used to tie the climbers at both ends of the rope. In traditional climbing, adventure, risk and self-sufficiency are paramount.

Unlike traditional rock climbing,

sport climbing relies on permanent anchors attached to the rock for protection. Sport climbing requires gymnastic skills, strength and endurance. Pre-installed bolts form a route up a rock face, creating a sporty climb. The following equipment is required for sport climbing: dynamic rope, harness (both for climbers and belayers), helmet, quickdraws, carabiners, belay device, climbing shoes, chalk bag and slings. Sport climbing allows climbers to focus on the difficulty of the movements because they do not have to place belays along the route. Sport climbing is classified according to its difficulty. Great Britain uses the French grading system, which takes into account the overall difficulty of the climb. Ratings start at 1 (very easy) and the system is open. Each note can be divided by a letter (a, b or c).

Climbing is fun but can be dangerous; Requires athletic ability and technical knowledge. Make sure you have the proper equipment and knowledge to ensure your safety.
